General Conditions of Sale (GCS)
1. Purpose
These General Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the company LARUCHE and its customers in the context of the online sale of its products.
2. Products
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the site. The photos and descriptions are not contractual but aim to represent the items offered as faithfully as possible.
3. Orders
Any order placed on the site constitutes full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The customer undertakes to provide accurate information when ordering.
4. Price
Prices displayed are in euros, including all taxes, and do not include delivery charges, which are indicated before final confirmation of the order. The store reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time of purchase.
5. Payment
Payment is made online using the secure payment methods offered on the site ( credit card, PayPal, etc. ). The order is only validated after confirmation of payment.
6. Delivery
The products are shipped to the address indicated by the customer when ordering.
Delivery time: generally 5 working days after payment confirmation.
Fees: indicated when the order is validated.
In the event of a delay beyond our control, the customer will be informed.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product (excluding personalized products or opened consumables). Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Liability
The store cannot be held responsible in the event of misuse of the products, or in the event of force majeure preventing the proper execution of the sale.
9. Data protection
